For the past ten years, I’ve worked as a warranted counsellor supporting children, adolescents, and adults through a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. My practice is grounded in a person‑centred approach that prioritises safety, trust, and a genuine therapeutic relationship. I believe that every individual carries strengths worth uncovering, and I work alongside clients to help them understand their emotions, build resilience, and move toward meaningful change.

My experience spans school settings, community services, and private practice, giving me a deep understanding of the different developmental, relational, and environmental factors that shape wellbeing. I support clients experiencing anxiety, low mood, emotional overwhelm, trauma‑related difficulties, and life transitions, as well as those seeking to strengthen communication, self‑awareness, and emotional regulation.

My approach meets each client’s age, needs, and pace. Whether working with a child learning to name their feelings, a teenager navigating identity and pressure, or an adult processing long‑held patterns, I aim to create a space where people feel seen, understood, and empowered.

As a warranted professional, I am committed to ongoing development, ethical practice, and accessible mental health support. My work is driven by a belief in dignity, compassion, and the importance of reducing stigma around seeking help. At the heart of my practice is a simple intention: to offer a steady, supportive space where people can explore their experiences and reconnect with their own capacity for growth.

Hi, I'm Isabelle.
