Individual Counselling Sessions
Individual counselling is available for adults, adolescents, and young children in a safe, confidential, and supportive environment. Sessions are tailored to each person’s unique needs and developmental stage, offering space to explore challenges, build emotional understanding, and develop practical coping strategies. My approach is compassionate and collaborative, supporting clients to strengthen wellbeing and move toward positive change at their own pace.
Group Therapy Sessions
Group sessions are held in a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment. These groups provide space for connection, shared learning, and guided reflection around mental health and wellbeing. Sessions will help participants build insight, coping strategies, and resilience while feeling heard and supported. Groups may be time-limited or ongoing and are tailored to the needs of participants.
Couples Therapy
Sessions provide a structured space for partners to explore relationship challenges, improve communication, and deepen understanding of each other’s needs and experiences. Couples are supported to build healthier patterns of connection, resolve conflict more effectively, and strengthen their relationship in ways that feel meaningful and sustainable.


Workshops And Training
Our engaging training sessions and interactive workshops on a wide range of mental health and wellbeing topics are designed for workplaces, schools, and community groups. Workshops combine evidence-based knowledge with practical tools participants can use right away. Topics can include stress and burnout, anxiety, resilience, mental health awareness, and supporting others.
